Step 1

Step 2
We invest and renovate. Pathway Partners covers all renovation, furnishing, and setup costs. We transform your property into a fully equipped, eco-conscious accommodation.
Step 3
We operate and manage. We handle everything — guest bookings, check-in, cleaning, maintenance, and customer service. You sit back.
Step 4
You earn and reclaim. You receive a monthly share of the net profit throughout the partnership. The contract length is tailored to the property — the larger our investment, the longer the term. When the partnership ends, your property is yours again, fully renovated and in better shape than we found it.
