Who we are

This website is run by Pathway Partners Enterprise Pte. Ltd., 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914, together with its Philippine company Pathway Partners (SEC Reg. No. 2026030242643-10), A.P. Padrones 1 St., San Pedro, 5300 Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. In this policy, “Pathway”, “we” and “us” mean both companies.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What data we collect

When you contact us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (if you give it), the topic you choose and your message.
When we work together: details about your property, hotel or project, and the information we need to prepare a proposal or agreement.
When you visit the website: technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our website platform and font provider receive when your browser loads the site.

Bookings at our accommodation are made through third-party booking platforms and are covered by their own privacy policies.

Why we use it

To answer your questions and stay in touch about your request (based on your consent and on steps you ask us to take before an agreement).
To prepare and carry out agreements with property owners, hotel owners, buyers and partners (contract).
To run and secure this website (our legitimate interest).
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising without your consent.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website and form platform Wix and our email provider. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
Our real estate partners – our licensed broker and our lawyer – only if you ask us about buying or selling property, and only what they need.
Authorities when the law requires it.

Data stored outside the Philippines and Singapore

Some of our service providers store data on servers in other countries. When this happens, we make sure your data is protected to a standard comparable to Philippine and Singapore law.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and contact details for two years after our last contact with you, unless we work together. If we sign an agreement, we keep the related records for as long as the law requires. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

How we protect it

We use reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect your data, including access limited to the people who need it and secure, password-protected systems. No system is completely secure; if a data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To send the contact form, your browser stores a short-lived technical token from our form provider in its local storage. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you
have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
object to processing, or withdraw your consent at any time
have your data erased or blocked where the law allows
receive your data in an electronic format and transfer it
claim compensation if you are harmed by a violation of your rights
