How it works

Four steps, no upfront cost

    You bring the home

    No upfront investment, no renovation costs.

  2. 02

    We plan and renovate together

    We invest in the renovation, furnishing and setup – built with local craftspeople and sustainable materials where possible.

  3. 03

    We run it

    Bookings, check-in, cleaning, maintenance and guest care – handled by our team in Palawan.

  4. 04

    You earn and get it back

    You receive a share of the net profit every month. The term depends on how much we invest. When it ends, the renovated home is fully yours.

No. We cover renovation, furnishing and setup.

Yes, always. The agreement only covers how we use and run it during the partnership.

How long is a partnership?

It depends on the size of the investment. We agree on the term together before we start.

Every property is different. We agree on the share together, based on the home and how much we invest in it.
