Reception/Main Hub Building
Size

• Estimated ground floor footprint: 120–150 m²
• Upper floor contains two separate residential apartments
Ground Floor
• Reception area with guest welcome desk and check-in/out counter
• Guest shop offering local products: fruits and vegetables, snacks, natural care items, handmade crafts, and project-related merchandise
• Office space with 1–2 desks for on-site management
• Storage room for housekeeping items, towels, and supplies
• Optional staff restroom or break corner
Upper Floor
• Luxury apartment for the project directors
o Bedroom, living area, small kitchen, and private bathroom with bath tub
o Designed for long-term comfort, with sea views and natural materials
• Compact staff apartment
o Bedroom, bathroom with shower, small kitchenette
o Intended for staff accommodation after construction phase
• Both apartments will temporarily serve as housing for the project owners during the construction period

Reception/ Main hub building
This two-story structure functions as the operational and service hub of the resort. It includes guest-facing spaces (reception and shop), administrative areas, storage, and two residential units on the upper floor


Large Guest Apartment Building (4x)
These buildings are designed to accommodate resort guests in high-comfort, naturally ventilated apartments. Each structure houses four independent units, offering privacy, natural aesthetics, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

Size
• Two floors per building
• Approximate footprint per building: 12 m x 10 m -> or smaller depends on the size of the apartments in the plan
• Four units total:
o 2 upper-floor apartments with balconies
o 2 ground-floor apartments with direct garden access
Layout / Spaces (per unit)
Each apartment has a similar layout, adapted for the respective floor level:
• Bedroom with large windows and space for a king-size bed
• Open-plan living room and kitchen area
• Private bathroom with spacious shower (optionally semi-open)
• Private outdoor space: o Upper floor: balcony with seating and treetop views
o Ground floor: small private garden terrace
Apartments are designed to be modular, allowing for similar construction across all four buildings while providing a spacious and airy living experience

Each apartment is more spacious than those in the larger buildings and includes:
• Bedroom with ample space for a king-size bed and lounge corner
• Large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area
• Generous bathroom with walk-in shower and space for natural materials (e.g. stone basin)
• Private outdoor area: o Ground floor: garden terrace with direct access to green spaceo Upper floor: large balcony, partially shaded, with space for seating or a hammock

The Community Platform is a multifunctional, open structure that serves as a central space for cultural exchange, education, and social interaction. It is accessible to both guests and local community members, fostering inclusive, nature-oriented gatherings and events.

Size / Structure
• Approximate floor area: 80–100 m², fully open plan (expandable if needed)
• Features a flat, elevated roof, structurally reinforced to carry a 150 kWp solar photovoltaic array
• The platform is fully roofed but open on all sides, allowing natural light, ventilation, and visual connection with the landscape
Uses & Activities
• Workshops (sustainability, crafts, wellness)
• Yoga sessions and group meditations
• Dance nights, film screenings, and small concerts
• Cultural exchange programs and guest-local interaction
• Educational activities in cooperation with local schools or NGOs
• Also usable by external community groups for self-organized events
Fitness Pavilion (Gym)
The Fitness Pavilion is a compact and well-equipped gym designed to offer guests and staff a space for physical activity, wellness, and training. While connected to the Community Platform in form and layout, it is a fully enclosed and independent space, ensuring a focused and private workout environment.
Size / Structure
• Approximate area: 30–40 m²
• Architecturally integrated with the Community Platform but visually and acoustically separated
• Separated from the open area by a two-sided mirror wall, allowing functional transparency and reflection for workouts
• Remaining enclosure made from a mix of large glass panels and solid natural wall materials (e.g., clay or bamboo)
Equipment & Features
• Free weights, resistance bands, yoga mats, and cardio equipment (e.g., treadmill, rowing machine, bike)
• Mirrored wall for posture and form observation
• Music system / speakers installed for ambient or training music
• Air conditioning for cooling during workouts
• Ceiling fan and operable ventilation windows for natural airflow and cross-ventilation
• Well-lit interior using natural daylight from glass sections, complemented by LED lighting
Canopy Walk & Treehouse Area
The Canopy Walk and Treehouse Area form a secluded and elevated zone within the forest, offering guests a fully immersive treetop experience. Designed as a network of suspended walkways, wooden platforms, and natural hideaways, this area feels like a small world of its own – inspired by nature, with an aesthetic that blends organic architecture and a sense of wonder, similar to an “elfin village” in the trees.


Walkways & Platforms
• The Canopy Walk consists of interlinked wooden bridges, suspended walkways, and tree-connected platforms.
• Final layout and length depend on the topography and exact position of existing trees.
• Platforms serve as access points to treehouses, as well as social or contemplative spaces.
• Special elements include:o A suspended net area, enclosed for safety, with cushions for reading, stargazing, or resting in the treetops
o A canopy viewpoint platform with seating for nature observation, sunrise/sunset viewing, and photography
o Hanging bridges connecting zones for added experience and adventure, yet fully safe and accessible
Treehouses
• There are four treehouse structures, each divided into two private guest units (total: eight rooms).
• Treehouses are built partly on wooden stilts and partly anchored to trees, without damaging root systems or trunks.
• Each guest unit includes:o Bedroom area with forest view
o Bathroom with shower and toilet (compact, modern, natural finish)
o Optionally a small seating corner or writing desk
o Private balcony or deck overlooking the forest canopy
• Units are designed to feel like natural hotel rooms, balancing comfort with raw nature.
Beachfront Restaurant & Bar
This open-concept beachfront restaurant offers guests a relaxed, airy, and authentic Filipino dining experience. It features a vegetarian kitchen, a shaded dining area, and a natural-style beach bar, all built in harmony with the tropical coastal setting. The space invites guests to enjoy slow food, sea views, and a warm, local atmosphere.2

• Seating for approx. 35–40 guests
• Includes a covered dining area, closed kitchen, and a small beachfront bar counter
Layout / Spaces
• Open guest seating area under a shaded roof, with a mix of seating styles:
o Standard tables with chairs for most guests
o A few low tables with floor cushions for relaxed, barefoot dining
• Beach bar with stools facing the ocean, serving fresh juices, cocktails, and small vegetarian bites
• Closed kitchen located behind or to the side of the dining area, providing a private yet efficient space for food preparation
• Table service is provided throughout – there is no return area for dishes
• Optional lounge elements or native daybeds may be integrated for atmosphere
Jungle Spa and Massage Deck
The Jungle Spa and Massage Deck form a tranquil wellness area within the resort, offering guests deeply relaxing, nature-connected treatments in an open yet private setting. The space combines a compact, fully equipped Spa building with a separate beachfront Massage Deck, allowing for both indoor and outdoor experiences – always surrounded by tropical vegetation, natural materials, and calming design

Spa Building
• Small, standalone structure designed for:
o 2 indoor treatment rooms
o A reception and waiting areao Changing room and shower
o Optional small outdoor bathtub or herbal foot bath corner
Massage Deck
• A separate wooden platform near the beach or within a lush garden
• Lightly shaded (e.g. with pergola, palm roof, or textile draping)
• Designed for 1–2 massage tables, offering open-air treatments with full privacy
• Surrounded by plants and optionally enclosed with curtains or bamboo panels
Animal Welfare
Our dog shelter provides a safespace for street dogs, offering food, medical care and adoption programs.

Local Empowerment
Our shop in the Main Hall supports local farmers, artisans, and social projects by giving them a space to sell their products directly to visitors.

Education and Awareness
We work with schoolchildren, introducing them to nature and the importance of protecting it. We also engaged guests in sustainability by collaborating with coral restoration projects, showcasing the crucial role of healthy oceans.

Workforce Training
Our staff received environmental training, equipping them with valuable skills in sustainable tourism and conservation.

Women & Vulnerable Groups
We actively empower women and marginalized groups, not only by creating job opportunities but also by fostering an inclusive space where everyone is welcome and can freely express themselves.
