What was once a tired, ageing home is now a warm and welcoming retreat for up to 9 guests

The Pathway Homestay Libis is our first completed partnership project — and a clear demonstration of what our model looks like in practice.

THE TRANSFORMATION

We took a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home that had seen better days and rebuilt it from the inside out. Floors were fully replaced, walls repaired and freshly painted, and the kitchen fitted with a completely new layout. Both bathrooms were renovated from scratch — new tiles, new fixtures, new basins, and hot water systems installed throughout.

THE ROOMS

The homestay sleeps up to 9 guests across four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: one double room, two twin double rooms, and a bunk bed room — perfect for groups, families, or a mix of travellers.

We chose a boho-minimalist aesthetic throughout — natural materials like rattan and bamboo, a calm and uncluttered palette, and a feel that is relaxed without being sparse. The kind of place that feels immediately like home.
