Step 1 - You Bring the Property

You own a home in El Nido, Port Barton, or Puerto Princesa that is underutilized or in need of renovation. No upfront investment is required from your side. We assess the property together and determine whether it is a good fit for our model.

Step 2 - We Invest and Renovate

Pathway Partners covers 100% of the renovation, furnishing, and setup costs. We handle contractors, materials, design, and fit-out. You do not pay a single peso. We transform your property into a fully equipped, eco-conscious accommodation ready to welcome guests.

We Operate and Manage

We handle everything — guest bookings, check-in and check-out, cleaning, maintenance, and customer service. You have no operational responsibilities during the partnership. We manage the property to a consistently high standard throughout.

Step 4 - You Earn and Reclaim

You receive a monthly share of the net profit throughout the partnership. The exact percentage is agreed upon individually before signing — based on the property, location, and projected performance. The contract length depends on the scale of our investment: the larger the renovation, the longer the term. When the partnership ends, your property is returned to you fully renovated and in better condition than when we started. The improvements are yours to keep.
