This Is Us
Pathway Partners was built on a simple belief: that sustainable development and community benefit don't have to be in conflict with profit. We are an internationally rooted company, registered in Singapore and operating on the ground in Palawan, Philippines — one of the most ecologically significant and underserved regions in Southeast Asia.

Our Founders
Jaycob and Alex founded Pathway Partners after recognizing a gap in Palawan's hospitality landscape: dozens of privately owned homes sitting idle or in need of renovation, and a growing demand for authentic, eco-conscious accommodation. The idea was straightforward — create a model where property owners, local communities, and travellers all win.

Every project we take on is designed with minimal environmental impact — from the materials we use to the way we manage waste, water, and energy.
Sustainability First
We hire locally, source locally, and reinvest in the communities we operate in. Through Pathway Care, our non-profit initiative, we support schools and education in Palawan — because sustainable development starts with people, not just property.
Community Over Everything
Our partnerships are built on honest agreements. Property owners know exactly what to expect, and we deliver on our word.
Transparency and Fairness
We don't chase quick returns. Every decision we make is designed to create lasting value — for the property, the owner, the guests, and Palawan itself.
Long-Term Thinking
Our Values

Why Palawan
Palawan is not just a location — it's a responsibility. Consistently ranked among the world's most beautiful islands, it is also one of the most ecologically fragile. We chose to build here because we believe that done right, hospitality can be a force for preservation rather than destruction. Our operations are concentrated in El Nido, Port Barton, and Puerto Princesa — three of Palawan's most vibrant and visited areas.
Inspire businesses to adopt sustainable practices through consulting and real-world model projects.
Transform tourism into a force for good, where travelers, local communities, and nature coexist in harmony.
Pioneer new approaches to eco-friendly construction, energy efficiency, and resource management that minimize environmental impact.
Foster inclusivity, empower local communities, and create economic opportunities that benefit both people and the planet.
Actively support biodiversity conservation, environmental education, and animal welfare in all our projects.
Mission
At Pathway Partners, our mission is to develop, implement, and promote truly sustainable solutions across tourism, business, and trade. We create pioneering tourism projects that serve as real-world examples of how sustainability can be seamlessly integrated into development. Through consulting and trading, we help businesses adopt sustainable solutions, rethink their impact, and transform their operations toward greater environmental and social responsibility.
